In the very competitive manufacturing industry, companies must be prepared to protect their confidential and proprietary information, as well as their vested interests in their employees and managers. Properly drafted non-compete agreements are powerful tools by which a company can enforce its legal rights to information and business relationships.

At this Lunch ‘n Learn, you will learn what types of relationships and information non-compete agreements can protect. Additionally, you will gain insight into how judges evaluate whether particular provisions of non-competes can be enforced. Most important, you will hear about business practices that have helped organizations protect their information, employees and customer lists.

Registration is open until Sept. 20, 2014.
Lunch will be provided.
