How do you know you have a good quality management system?
The purpose of this Roundtable event is to examine this critical manufacturing business process – both for companies with mature Quality Management Systems (QMS) as well as manufacturing companies that want to build, expand or overhaul their current system.

Participants will be exposed to QMS fundamentals as well as lessons learned and best practices from BAMA members. Our manufacturing roundtables are designed to be interactive and this event will provide an opportunity to learn from a Quality Management System expert, benchmark with other members and learn ways to help improve the competitiveness of your business.

J.D.'s hard work ethic, resilience, and determination have contributed greatly to his success. Joining the Aerospace community in 2002, J.D. has successfully completed over 200 audits from NACAP, AS9100, ISO, TS, Medical, and Nuclear requirements.

In 2009, J.D. was certified through The Ohio State University in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). His achievements include multiple Merit NADCAP certifications, and numerous approved vendor status’ for several new primes. He is now the Owner and Senior Executive Qsultant, at Quality Qsulting, LLC. J.D. is dedicated to educating clients on his proven methodology in NADCAP compliance and efficiency.

These Roundtables are offered to facilitate discussion and determine specific focus areas of interest manufacturing members would like more support from BAMA; to provide a forum to discuss and share best practices within manufacturing members; to provide a forum to learn and provide resources to our membership to improve manufacturing competitiveness.

The Manufacturers Roundtable is another example of BAMA’s ongoing efforts to expand the strength of Tampa Bay’s manufacturing base.
