Beth Galic

President 

Beth Galic is the President of the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA). With extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in water treatment, chemical, and injection molding sectors, Beth has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration within the industry.

Beth’s involvement with BAMA began as a member of the Board of Directors, where she served for two years. During that time, she was actively involved in the Programming Committee, helping to plan and execute a wide range of initiatives including educational tours, fundraisers, and community events.

In addition to her work with BAMA, Beth Galic contributes her time and expertise through various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Pasco Hernando and Soroptimist Pasco, as well as on the Advisory Board for the Florida SBDC at USF and the St. Petersburg College (SPC) Engineering Technology Advisory Committee. Through these positions, she plays an integral role in shaping workforce development, supporting women and community initiatives, and guiding educational programs to align with industry needs.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Her diverse background, combined with a strong foundation in leadership, marketing, and advocacy, makes her a dynamic force in both the manufacturing industry and the broader community.

Sarah Galic

Membership and Communications Coordinator 

Sarah Galic currently serves as the Communications and Membership Coordinator for the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA). She supports a wide range of BAMA initiatives that strengthen member engagement and advance BAMA's mission.

Prior to joining the BAMA team, Sarah worked for AmSkills, a non-profit that provides valuable manufacturing training to underserved members of the Tampa Bay community. At AmSkills, Sarah worked as a grant writer, helping to secure funding for this critical programming. Through this experience, she gained a strong understanding of the Tampa Bay manufacturing landscape and the career opportunities the manufacturing industry offers.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in English- Creative Writing from Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2023. Her background in writing and storytelling has provided her with the skillset needed to effectively connect with diverse audiences and highlight the impact of BAMA's work. 

She is passionate about supporting underserved communities and believes in the power of education, workforce development, and industry collaboration to create meaningful opportunities. Sarah brings both creativity adn adaptability to her role, helping to drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and support the continued growth of the manufacturing community in the Tampa Bay region.
