Carissa earned her Professional Coach Certification through the rigorous IPEC Coaching program. She is a Life Member of the Society of Women Engineers and a board member of her alma mater’s Engineering Alumni Society. She’s a lifelong learner and enjoys golfing with her husband, Scott. Carissa is appreciated for her candor, humor and confidence to encourage others to unlock their potential.
