INNOVATION: TOTAL PORTFOLIO APPROACH

DRAMATICALLY INCREASE THE RATE AT WHICH YOU INNOVATE AND IMPROVE

A human-centered, three tier approach to innovation

Top level Innovation. This is what we usually think of when we think of Innovation. Because this is all human-centered, we will focus on Design Thinking concepts, framing statements, and the interplay between this level and level 1. Also, the concepts of “time and place” knowledge vs. aggregate knowledge.
