About MacDonald Training Center

MacDonald Training Center strives to be a connector and a catalyst for change. We assist individuals with disabilities in navigating an inclusive workplace, and also provide resources and diversity training to employers. MTC has proudly placed thousands of people with varying disabilities into employment in the Tampa Bay region.

After 68 years of advancement and advocacy for people with disabilities, we are very proud of the innovative certificate based programming developed with input from industry experts and business leaders. We collaborate with other businesses and service providers in an effort to help people with disabilities learn in demand, marketable skills that will lead them to career advancement and independence within their communities. Our globally recognized certificate programs and internships within our business enterprise and other community partners are the first of its kind in Florida. We hope to help other service providers in developing a similar model so that more people with disabilities get an opportunity to find their career and independence.
