Ashley Wieben, CLCS 

Risk management and employee health & benefits consultant at

Marsh McLennan Agency. 


Ashley Wieben is a risk management and employee health & benefits consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency. After beginning her insurance career in 2014, Ashley joined MMA in 2016 and has since made significant impact in supporting clients across the engineering, manufacturing, construction, and non-profit sectors.

With a strategic focus on 3–5-year planning, Ashley emphasizes the importance of innovative thinking and creativity in her approach. By looking outside of the box, Ashley develops tailored solutions that not only address immediate objectives but also foster long-term growth for her clients. Her expertise and forward-thinking mindset have positioned her as an asset in navigating the complexities of distinct industries.

Ashley graduated from The University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in health service administration and a minor in pre-clinical. She is active in her community, supporting charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and American Heart Association. She is on the member committee of HR Tampa and is a member and corporate sponsor of BAMA. 




Michele Coolidge

Agency Risk Manager, Marsh McLennan Agency – Florida Region

Michele is the Agency Risk Manager for Marsh McLennan Agency’s Florida region, overseeing E&O claims, contracts, legal and compliance matters, and risk data analysis. She also develops continuing education courses and serves as a trusted technical resource across roles.

Michele serves on MMA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Learning & Development Councils. She is Vice Chair of The Institutes CPCU Society In2Risk Committee and recently completed a term on its Leadership Council.
