Carissa Gudenkauf has 25+ years of experience in technical and production workplaces in roles of engineer, manager, consultant and facilitator. Her leadership development activities of training and coaching help people focus on their personal and professional goals. Knowing the true value of systems and metrics, she helps teams scientifically track their progress and achieve greater results. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and her MBA, both from the University of South Florida.
She is a certified Process Master, Certified Instructor/Facilitator, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Talent Optimization Sr. Director with MVP Results, an Elite Predictive Index Partner. Carissa earned her Professional Coach Certification through the rigorous IPEC Coaching program. As a third-party provider for FloridaMakes, Carissa supports the economic engine that is Florida manufacturing and supply chain.
She is a Life Member of the Society of Women Engineers and a board member of her alma mater’s Engineering Alumni Society. She’s a lifelong learner and enjoys golfing with her husband, Scott. Carissa is appreciated for her candor, humor and confidence to encourage others to unlock their potential.
