Christina is the President at JMI Professional Services Inc., a new division of JMI Resource offering contract and direct placements for: Healthcare, Technology, Accounting/Finance and Business Operations. She holds an Associates Degree from the College of Lake County. She has been the President of BAMA from June 2018 until present. She says, "I am an ambitious, compassionate business owner growing a successful business. My goal is to continue to build a successful business that will enable me to serve our community in a greater capacity as well as leave a legacy for my children. "
Cliff Csulik has been a member of BAMA for 10 years and on the Board of Directors since 2010, serving as BAMA President for four years from 2012 to 2015. He graduated from Toledo University with BS in Mechanical Engineering and has worked for Jabil for 17 years. Cliff started out at Jabil as a Manufacturing Supervisor and other positions have included Manufacturing Manager, Production Control Manager, Business Unit Manager. His current position is as a Project Manager.

Ann has a passion for manufacturers and the challenges that they face due to changing global markets. A long-time board member, she has been committed to BAMA programs that support the growth of manufacturing in Tampa Bay. As a CPA, Ann is committed to find ways to minimize tax liability and maximize income for manufacturers. From research & development (R&D) tax credits to tax planning and preparation for international business expansion, Ann is prepared to help manufacturers achieve their desired results.
Richard (Rick) Bogdanski is the Director of Sales for Military Market (including OEM & US Government) at Pall Aerospace, the world’s leading filtration, separation, and purification company. Rick in based in the New Port Richey, FL facility and leads a team of sales professionals for Military Customer accounts. Rick has more than 30 yrs of leadership and expertise in the aerospace and defense industries. Rick is an active facilitator of continuous improvement, promoting lean manufacturing and standard work through Kaizen events as well as the site lead for the company’s Charitable Giving campaign. Complementing his experience, Rick holds His work ethic, integrity and drive for success has been recognized by receiving multiple President’s Awards and commendations during his tenue at Pall.
Ogletree Deakins, P.A.
Grant Petersen represents and counsels employers regarding a broad range of U.S. and international labor and employment law issues, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption law issues, and data privacy and data protection law issues. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, service, healthcare, financial, retail, and food processing, as well as multinational companies and trade associations. Grant received the Life Member Award in 2014.
Jeff Perkins has been a BAMA Board Member for nine years and currently is the General Manager and Vice President of Seal Dynamics LLC, a division of Heico Aerospace. Jeff began his career in manufacturing, working in military aircraft simulator design and space based defense systems for several years after graduating from Purdue with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Jeff started the Florida division of Seal Dynamics in 2000. Seal Dynamics was acquired in 2005 by Heico Aerospace. Under Jeff’s direction, the division has grown to over 30 people and generates over $30M in sales.
Jeff has complete P&L responsibility for the division, including responsibility for all the PMA/STC activities, reverse engineering, Quality Assurance and manufacturing. Jeff currently serves as the Chair of the Programs Committee which is committed to providing quality programs to our members.
USI Insurance Services
Dru Wilson, a Property and Casualty Practice Leader with USI Insurance Services in Tampa has a passion for manufacturing that goes back a long way. It stems from his father who was in the manufacturing business. Two and a half years ago he joined the BAMA Board of Directors and became involved in the membership committee. He works with a team of fellow BAMA members, periodically visiting manufacturers around Tampa Bay to promote and educate them about the benefits of belonging to an association that has been around for more than 50 years. Dru heads up the Membership Committee. Dru received the Distinguished Service Award in 2016.
Megan Meiers, VP of HR and Benefits at Monin, has a passion for people and promoting continuous learning in the workplace. New to the BAMA board, Megan is enthusiastic about sparking interest in the manufacturing industry through education. The Tampa Bay area has an abundance of manufacturing employment opportunities and she is excited to promote awareness around the industry, career pathways, and training for success in the manufacturing sector. She has worked on the annual Kelly Murphy Memorial Golf Tournament helping to raise money for manufacturing scholarships and hopes to continue with those efforts.

Rick Concotelli has been a member of BAMA since 2005 and on the Board of Directors since 2011, serving the board as the Membership Committee Chair then being appointed BAMA Vice President in 2012 and President in 2016. Rick worked for Aircraft manufactures across the US, working his way through the ranks from a manufacturing engineer, a project manager and then in business development and finance. Rick is very active with BAMA working with each of the committees to accomplish goals, host events and better the manufacturing community. Rick is the owner of SpeedPro Imaging – Tampa East.
Bob Kinney has a been a member of BAMA for three years and heads up the RoundTable Committee. He is also active on the Membership Committee. Bob has spent his entire career in manufacturing working his way up through engineering and management positions to GM roles with full P&L responsibility. Bob has a passion for innovation and continuous improvement and enjoys helping manufacturer’s in these areas, including as a FLMakes 3rd Party Provider. Bob is a lifelong learner and plays this forward by helping people reach their individual peak performance, aligning their talents to their role. Bob is a Certified Mentor, Certified Manager, Certified Innermetrix Consultant and has a Lean Management Certificate. He earned his MBA (Kellogg/Wharton) overseas.
Electro Mechanical Solutions
Jeff Cole is VP of Sales and Engineering with Electro Mechanical Solutions, a contract manufacturing specialist in Odessa, FL. While business expansion and mechanical engineering take the forefront of his many responsibilities at EMS, he also oversees Quality Assurance, and contributes greatly to Information Technology. He enjoys working directly with customers to help solve complex problems. Previously, Jeff spent ten years as COO/owner of a semiconductor robotics manufacturer. Jeff’s primary responsibility was software engineering and contributed to the day to day operations.
Jeff brings over 40 years of manufacturing experience to BAMA. His career has included taking his expertise working with flight simulators, robotics, and super computers across the globe. New to BAMA, he is excited to focus on developing relationships and new ideas within the Tampa Bay area.
Kevin Gerrish is the Vice President of Operations for Beckwith Electric and has responsibility for manufacturing, quality, planning, purchasing, receiving, assembly, test, shipping, and facilities management. Mr. Gerrish has over 25 years of experience in engineering, operations, and general management. His experience includes embedded control systems, systems engineering, communications, operational management and excellence, and Lean Six Sigma process management. Mr. Gerrish received his Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. He has authored 17 U.S. patents.
