Cliff Csulik has been a member of BAMA for 10 years and on the Board of Directors since 2010, serving as BAMA President for four years from 2012 to 2015. He graduated from Toledo University with BS in Mechanical Engineering and has worked for Jabil for 17 years. Cliff started out at Jabil as a Manufacturing Supervisor and other positions have included Manufacturing Manager, Production Control Manager, Business Unit Manager. His current position is as a Project Manager.

Susan Broussard is the Human Resources Manager for Trademark Metals Recycling (TMR) and has been on the BAMA Board of Directors since July 2018.  She is also the chair of the annual Kelly Murphy Memorial Golf Tournament.  Susan has been with TMR for over 8 years and has attended several BAMA events over the last few years and decided to get involved to help raise money for scholarships.  “My passion is in teaching and training so raising money for high school students that want to be in manufacturing is one of my main goals.”

Jeff Franklin is a Salesman with Packaging Corp of America. Jeff has been a member of BAMA for three years and attends a lot of events. “What I like the most about being a BAMA member is the positive synergy created by meeting like-minded individuals at the various functions, where we are free to share manufacturing ideas and build lasting manufacturing relationships throughout the Bay Area.” Jeff joined the board in 2017 and is on the Programs Committee.

Tony O'Neal has had a lifelong interest in how things are made and how things are moved.  Naturally a career with a global leader in the transportation and logistics space was the perfect fit. After graduating from the University of Iowa with two degrees (Management, Information Systems [MIS] and Marketing), Tony moved to the Sunshine State and began his career with C.H. Robinson in the Tampa, FL office in 2003. 

Over the past 15 years, Tony has excelled at multiple roles at C.H. Robinson; including carrier sales, account management, leadership, and sales.  Today he is a Senior Sales Executive and his work involves educating potential clients about C.H. Robinson’s services and designing solutions that create positive impacts across their supply chain. 

Tony is an advocate for U.S. Manufacturing and volunteers his time with the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA) – where he serves on the Board of Directors.  His passion for supporting manufacturing in Florida hasn’t gone unnoticed as he's won BAMA’s coveted Associate of the Year Award back-to-back years in 2017 and 2018.

Jeff Perkins has been a BAMA Board Member for nine years and currently is the General Manager and Vice President of Seal Dynamics LLC, a division of Heico Aerospace. Jeff began his career in manufacturing, working in military aircraft simulator design and space based defense systems for several years after graduating from Purdue with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Jeff started the Florida division of Seal Dynamics in 2000.  Seal Dynamics was acquired in 2005 by Heico Aerospace. Under Jeff’s direction, the division has grown to over 30 people and generates over $30M in sales.

Jeff has complete P&L responsibility for the division, including responsibility for all the PMA/STC activities, reverse engineering, Quality Assurance and manufacturing. Jeff currently serves as the Chair of the Programs Committee which is committed to providing quality programs to our members.

Dru Wilson, a Property and Casualty Practice Leader with USI Insurance Services in Tampa has a passion for manufacturing that goes back a long way. It stems from his father who was in the manufacturing business. Two and a half years ago he joined the BAMA Board of Directors and became involved in the membership committee. He works with a team of fellow BAMA members, periodically visiting manufacturers around Tampa Bay to promote and educate them about the benefits of belonging to an association that has been around for more than 50 years. Dru heads up the Membership Committee. Dru received the Distinguished Service Award in 2016.

Megan Meiers, VP of HR and Benefits at Monin, has a passion for people and promoting continuous learning in the workplace.   New to the BAMA board, Megan is enthusiastic about sparking interest in the manufacturing industry through education.  The Tampa Bay area has an abundance of manufacturing employment opportunities and she is excited to promote awareness around the industry, career pathways, and training for success in the manufacturing sector.  She has worked on the annual Kelly Murphy Memorial Golf Tournament helping to raise money for manufacturing scholarships and hopes to continue with those efforts.

Rick Concotelli has been a member of BAMA since 2005 and on the Board of Directors since 2011, serving the board as the Membership Committee Chair then being appointed BAMA Vice President in 2012 and President in 2016. Rick worked for Aircraft manufactures across the US, working his way through the ranks from a manufacturing engineer, a project manager and then in business development and finance. Rick is very active with BAMA working with each of the committees to accomplish goals, host events and better the manufacturing community. Rick is the owner of SpeedPro Imaging – Tampa East.
