Duties and Standards to Measure Workmanship and Quality:
Position is Non-Exempt as defined in the Employee Handbook
Performs routine daily/preventive maintenance of tools and machines as required and record on OMS(Operator Maintenance Schedule)
Mentor Operators as assigned by Machining Manager and/or Coordinator
Perform quality audits in targeted areas as assigned by Machining Manager and/or Coordinator
Machining Requirements:
PMI Saw
Completes Setup Efficiently
Material Handling
Electric Walking-Behind Lift Training
Proper use of all measuring devices
Full Competency of control
Knowledge of QC expectations
Blade Change out
 
Soco
Completes Setup Efficiently
Material Handling
Electric Walking-Behind Lift Training
Blade Change out
Proper blade selection
Proper use of all measuring devices

Coolant container/dispenser cleaning

Machine Maintenance (Saw and Vacuum System)

CNC Mill
Machine Maintenance
Vise Jaw change-out Proper use of tools and
selection of correct hardware (screws, bolts, etc.)

Tumbler
Completes Setup Efficiently
Material Handling
Machine Maintenance
Water Change out

Safety Requirements:
1. Understands the safety requirements for the assigned work area and follows all safety rules.
2. Reports all accidents or injuries immediately to a supervisor.
