Job Title: CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned…

• ·        Final and in process inspection of tooling, components, and prototype parts using CMM and various gauges as required
• ·        Ability to program and operate Zeiss CMM using Calypso software
• ·        Ability to read blueprints/drawings and understand product specifications and requirements
• ·        Ability to perform measurements of precision components to ensure specifications are met
• ·        Ability to perform general shop math
• ·        Ability to measure close tolerances
• ·        Completion of customer inspection reports per instructions and requirements
• ·        Performs preventive maintenance tasks as required

Required Skills and Education

• ·        High school diploma or equivalent
• ·        Five (5) + years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating measuring equipment
• ·        Experience with Zeiss CMM and Calypso software
• ·        Experience with Microsoft office products
