    Job Description

    Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment ensuring target line rates are met. Performs initial troubleshooting and diagnose operational issues. Assist other resources when highly technical issues are addressed.

    Responsibilities:

This position requires Aseptic Gowning certification (where applicable). Assume responsibility for the cGMP, ISO, EHS compliance within the respective area. Uses production metrics to drive process improvements and enhance productivity, QC, Visual Inspection, and Line Clearance/LOTO certification needed. 4.     Qualifications:

    Overview:

    Material Handling - provide components, raw materials, labels (Kits) to manufacturing and bring finished goods and returns to the warehouse.  Handle all waste materials (hazardous and non-hazardous)

    Staging/Prep Material Handling - Prepare components and handle returns for the Core.

    Insert Folding - Run the insert folding machine operation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Material Handling - Operate pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit down forklift, high lift and stretch wrapper. Rocon activities/ trash removal. Tray making. Computer entries (Erplx, PeopleSoft, BPICS).
    2. Scanner use. Delivering kits to the lines. Setting up lines. Deliver finished goods to the warehouse.  Follow cooler procedures. Entries into Filling and Packaging batch records.
    3. Component Breakdown Material Handling - Schedule status and priority setting. Transfer components to CNC area.
    4. Checking release status, Labeling Bags. Proper use of pass through into controlled areas. Cleaning of Staging area. Extra Components to Staging. Processing Returns.
    5. Insert Folding- Run the insert folding operation including cleaning, set up, line clearance, minor maintenance, accountability procedures, and computer entries.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma.

    6 hours of GMP/ISO training, Compliance Wire Training, support OpEx and Wise Owl initiatives.

    Specialized Training: Ability to pass FDOH compliance training.

    Pallet Jack, Motorized Pallet Jack, Sit Down Forklift, High Lift Forklift, and Stretch Wrapper.

    Overview:

    This is a 2nd shift position with possible shift rotation based on business need. 

    Perform routine testing for release of raw materials, and R&D products.  Perform Environmental and Utility Monitoring in aseptic areas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine assays for endotoxin and bioburden, on various finished products and/or raw materials.
    • Perform testing in conjunction with laboratory investigations.

    JOB LOCATION:  Tampa, FL

    This is a 3rd shift position (11:00pm-7:30am) with some overtime required per business need

    Overview:

    Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative Maintenance to aseptic, non-sterile filling, and packaging equipment in an aseptic and non-sterile environment. Specialize in automation system upgrades and repairs on PLC, controllers. Provides training to SUM related to PLC and electronic systems. Set up and operate the filling equipment during manufacturing lot/batch runs as needed. This position requires Aseptic Gowning certification and SUM certification. Assume responsibility for GMP, ISO, EHS procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area. Tracks and improves material variance, quality indicators, and line efficiencies.

    Responsibilities:

    Operates and maintains filling line equipment as needed especially related to automation. Ensures all filling line equipment is properly set­ up and maintained at all times.  Maintain production area as to prevent cross­ contamination and sterility issues.

    Installs and troubleshoots new equipment as needed related to automation. Requires access/presence in the aseptic environment. Works with equipment technicians to implement new/upgraded systems. Evaluates existing systems for improvement. Writes programming (ladder logic) for new systems and current system upgrades (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)

    Provide training on automation projects and upgrades.

    Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and line set-up in an efficient and effective manner.

    Implements programs to standardize and Minimize and machine downtime.

    Support Operational Excellence and EHS&S initiatives. All other duties as assigned.

    Position is part of "on-call" Maintenance Team (24/7).

    Qualifications:

    3rd Shift-Wed.-Sat.

    Operation and repair of utility equipment, including performing preventative maintenance, emergencies, troubleshooting, passivation’s, plant shutdown, support equipment inspections, routine monitoring, cleaning, painting of equipment in utility areas, working with contractors, and project engineers as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    1.    Responsible for utility equipment such as but not limited to: boilers, chillers, pumps, hot water systems, compressors, pure steam generators, vacuum system, high purity water systems, reverse osmosis units, vapor compression stills, HVAC systems, waste water system, city water systems, and ancillary equipment.

    2.    Process daily work orders, which includes troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading the production and facility equipment.

    3.    Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) performed as assigned per scheduled on equipment.

    4.    Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Utility equipment.

    5.    Enter data into computerized maintenance management system as needed to support documentation of activities.

    6.    Supporting contractors and project engineers as time is available.

    7.    Perform routing water testing of systems.

    8.    Perform annual and semi-annual maintenance during plant shutdowns, support projects as needed.

    9.    Perform passivation’s as needed.

    10.  Ability to work with potentially hazardous chemicals.

    11.  Respond to alarms or issues and address them as they come in from the Utility computer systems.

    12.  Clean, paint as needed, and keep Utility areas cleaned and organized.

    13.  Issue work orders and purchase orders as needed to support maintaining the equipment in a reliable state.

    14.  Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance.

    15.  Support LASER and WISE OWLS initiatives. All other duties as assigned.

    16.  Assume responsibility for the GMP, regulatory agency compliance, environment health and safety procedure awareness, compliance within the respective area.

    Qualifications:

    · Forklift/high lift/JLG Certification may be required.

    · Confined space entry is required.

    Overview: 

    Compounding of sterile and non-sterile finished products. This position requires Rinse Water Certification, Aseptic Gowning Certification, Physical, Respirator Certification, Lock-out/Tag-out Certification, Confined Space training, and Cleanroom Certification. Assumes responsibility for the GMP, ISO, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area.

    Responsibilities

    1.    Perform non-sterile and aseptic compounding activities per batch record documentation. Must be able to compound Level 1 batches proficiently (simple sterile solutions and simple non-sterile   solutions). Document information correctly in batch records, CAMS (operator access level), and area logbooks. Review and verify batch record entries. Assist compounding of Level 2 and 3 batches.

    2.    Prepare major and miscellaneous compounding equipment for use. Clean equipment as necessary and perform rinse water testing. Assist in the sterilization (non-aseptic) process.

    3.    Perform filter integrity testing. Prepare filters per compounding schedule.

    4.    Perform daily and weekly scale calibration checks. Weigh materials not already pre-weighed and staged for the batch.

    5.    Clean, disinfect and maintain the compounding area.

    6.    Review new and revised procedures in a timely fashion. Support OpEx initiative. Perform WISE OWLS observations. Maintain GMP hours and EHS training. All other duties as assigned.

    Position Summary

    Assure the efficient cleaning and preparation of equipment and manufacturing areas. Assume responsibility for GMP and EHS compliance.

     Specific Job Duties

    Cleans and prepares for sterilization compounding and filling product contact parts.

    Operates cleaning and sterilizing equipment (dry heat oven, skids, autoclaves) to maintain the production schedule, Unloads the autoclaves and dry heat ovens and organizes sterilized equipment.

    Cleans and sanitizes aseptic and non-sterile manufacturing/laboratory areas, Classified as A, B, C, D, areas with approved disinfectants. Prepares disinfectants and aseptically filters sanitizing agents inside the aseptic area.

    Perform aseptic connections to assure proper sterilization of transfer lines inside the aseptic environment.

    Disassemble and assemble precision filling and compounding equipment for cleaning and sterilization.

    Perform cleaning of the process vessels including rinse water UV / conductivity testing.

    Perform visual integrity inspections of sterilized equipment.Perform pressure testing and vacuum testing on equipment parts.

    Perform non-sterile and aseptic prep cleaning and sterilization activities per batch record and SOP requirements.

    Monitors and documents inventory levels of sterilized equipment and disinfectants for Aseptic Area.

    Unloads and stores sterilized process vessels.

    Clean and maintain the prep area.

    Completes all documentation per GMP requirements

    Education: High School Diploma minimum.

    Experience: 1+ years in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated facility

    Special Skills: Good communication, documentation and computer skills. Ability to work in an aseptic environment. Mechanical background preferred and ability to use precision tools and equipment with troubleshooting ability.     Job Summary:

    The SIOP Specialist is a key leader in the Supply Chain organization, responsible for Inventory planning and management and for creating accurate forecasts for sales and inventory planning.  The Position is full time and will work at our Kemco Systems facility in Clearwater, Florida. 

    • ·       Responsibilities:
    Using Sage Inventory Adviser (SIA) , load planned orders based on equipment forecasts. Develop purchasing strategy for consolidated buys and work with Supply Chain to better leverage suppliers.
    • ·       Create Supplier Performance Reporting scorecards and guide the purchasing team during supplier consolidation efforts.  
    • ·       As key supply chain interface on new projects and products, lead the effort to streamline the creation of accurate BOM specifications and developing a robust long lead strategy.
    • ·       Learn the procurement system and take on purchasing responsibility for strategic accounts.
    • ·       Learn the scheduling process and assist in developing Master Schedules and Automating schedule updates in Smart Sheet.
    • ·       Lead CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) at Kemco through use of analysis tools to accurately identify constraints in Manpower, Machinery and Methods.

    Requirements:

    Organizational Skills
    • ·       5-10 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
