  1. How long have you been a BAMA member? We have been a BAMA member for approximately one year.
  2. What do you like most about being a BAMA member? What I value most is the opportunity to connect with other manufacturers who understand the challenges and opportunities of building a business in this industry. BAMA creates a strong local network for sharing ideas, learning from one another, and supporting the continued growth of manufacturing in the Tampa Bay region.
  3. Tell us about your company. American Plastic Supply is a Clearwater-based plastics manufacturer and distributor specializing in custom plastic fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting, thermoforming, and cut-to-size sheet materials. We serve customers across a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, aerospace, marine, medical, construction, signage, and retail. Our focus is simple: provide high-quality work, fast response times, and dependable service.
  4. What do you consider your greatest accomplishment to date? My greatest accomplishment has been completing two acquisitons (with hopefully more to come!), building a strong team and transforming the company into a growing, profitable manufacturing business. We have expanded our capabilities, improved our operations, and created a foundation that will allow us to continue investing in people, equipment, and new opportunities.
  5. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? Focus on doing the right things consistently. Business growth rarely comes from one major breakthrough. It comes from showing up every day, taking care of customers, supporting your team, and continuously improving the way you operate.
  6. What is the most important skill you have developed in your career? The most important skill I have developed is the ability to make decisions with incomplete information. In business, you rarely have every answer before you need to act. Learning how to evaluate risk, listen to the right people, and move forward decisively has been critical.
  7. What are your hobbies or interests? Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two kids, and dog. I enjoy the outdoors, trap shooting, and reading. I also enjoy learning about manufacturing, business acquisitions, and the ways technology can help small manufacturers compete and grow.
