What is your “EQ”?  What Is Emotional Intelligence?  How does my Emotional Intelligence enhance or hinder my relationships and my career?  At this event, Toni will provide you with a clear understanding of this concept, how you can leverage your Emotional Intelligence to enhance your relationships and career, and how to assess your own, personal Emotional Intelligence ranking. 

Speaker: Toni Crowe

Toni Crowe is an award-winning and accomplished executive with 30 years of experience as a CEO/President, Vice-President, Director, Engineer, and Manager across multiple sectors including high tech, consumer and nuclear sensors, Aerospace, film production, and glass. She has extensive experience in P&L, Manufacturing, Operations Management, and Lean. She has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions. Toni is currently the President and CEO of Just One: her company which is dedicated to changing lives, one life at a time.

Toni holds credentials for Six Sigma Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing Expert, Professional Engineer (PE) and Quality Mission Graduate (Japan), led by Ito San Certified Manager, Institute of Certified Professional Managers.
