AIM, Inc. is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team! In this role, you will manufacture precision parts according to design specifications, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (MasterCAM or similar software experience preferred)
• Manufacture parts accurately and defect-free
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Communicate delays or issues and suggest solutions
• Assist with cross-training and support other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1-year certificate from a technical school or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MasterCAM or similar CAM software
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
