The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repair, cylinders, motors, valves, wrenches and bolting equipment. As the service grows, there is room for advancement, as we intend on bringing on more technicians.

As our Hydraulic Technician, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic systems, ensuring they perform optimally under various conditions. Hydraulic Technician Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of hydraulic systems and components
- Perform maintenance and repair on hydraulic torque wrenches, pumps, bolting systems, pneumatic torque wrenches.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic failures
- Replace or repair defective parts in hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and blueprints
- Operate diagnostic tools and machinery for system evaluations
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Provide technical support and training to other technicians
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hydraulic technology
- Upon training, work in other laboratories.
Hydraulic Technician Qualifications & Skills
- Certification in hydraulic technology or a related field
- 5 years Experience with various hydraulic systems and machinery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and machinery
- Prior experience in a similar role within the industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical training program in hydraulics
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Good physical condition and stamina for working in various environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Experience with maintenance and repair of hydraulic machinery
