Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Print Shop Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to support our front office and sales team. This role is customer-facing and ideal for someone who understands print workflows and enjoys helping projects move smoothly from quote to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls
Assess customer needs and route larger or more complex projects to a sales representative
Handle simple, one-off orders such as business cards, including quoting and order processing
Prepare estimates, enter orders, and move jobs through internal production queues
Apply printing knowledge to select appropriate production methods, paper stocks, and finishing options
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners to track orders and deliveries
Follow up on pending orders and conduct post-delivery check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction
Research promotional products and prepare vendor-based product presentations for client review
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing industry
Competent user of MAC OS
Strong understanding of offset, digital, and wide-format printing processes
Knowledge of paper stocks, finishing, and bindery options
Comfortable working with online platforms, vendor portals, templates, and proofing systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
