The mission is to engage supervisors and front-line leaders in an exciting program that will foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-awareness, self-confidence, communication, and collaboration skills. The program promotes and teaches a way of doing things that encourages high-quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the organization.
Today’s front line leaders require skills to lead people to a higher level of productivity and successful outcomes. Every company and organization is forced to accomplish more with less in this highly competitive global market. Effective front-line leaders are a key ingredient in establishing an engaged workforce and increased productivity, quality and customer experience.

Bob Kinney has spent his entire career in manufacturing, working his way through various engineering, supervision and leadership positions including 15 years in GM roles. He has worked for three global 500 companies and two smaller privately held manufacturers. Bob served two expat assignments (Asia and Mexico), and developed advanced cross-cultural and training skills.
