Carolyn Eagen is a Consultant for the Omnia Group, a behavioral assessment and employment consulting firm located in Tampa, FL, Carolyn helps clients worldwide avoid bad hires, manage more effectively and retain top talent with remarkable results. Her background is in corporate recruiting, college recruiting, and professional development. She has over 20 years of professional experience in leadership development, recruitment, coaching, training, and leading top-performing teams in the US. Carolyn is a regular presenter at tradeshows and conferences across North America. She is an active SHRM and ATD member and published in 2014. She teaches Undergraduate Business studies at Saint Leo University and has her MBA, from University of Phoenix.
