MEETING GOALS

• Introduce new employer partners to the college’s STEM Pathways programs and to three current students in the pathways
• Provide a forum for employers to discuss workforce needs (valued workforce readiness skills, identification of hard to fill positions, hiring trends) to promote stronger employment outcomes
• Explore internship opportunities and ways in which employers can strategically engage with the college to produce a more qualified workforce.
