In this webinar, we will review the components of a General Manufacturing CoronaVirus Workplace Safety Program that your Organization will need to customize to you facility and operations.  Specifically, we will discuss travelling, worksite and transportation protocols and best practices as well as what to do if an employee tests positive for COVID-19.  We will also discuss the importance of having a plan in place and training your employees about preventing the spread of CoronaVirus.

Patrick Kerby is a Senior Director of Client Experience and joined Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners in 2012 after spending more than 20 years working in the Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceutical & Transportation Industries.  Patrick specializes in providing profit enhancing strategies and solutions to organizations by working with senior leaders, mid-level managers and customer-facing professionals to identify root causes of profit and revenue drains and develop solutions tailored to the organization and its culture.

Patrick has over 18 years of risk management, loss control/prevention experience with small, midsize and Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining BKS in 2012, he worked as a Director of Risk Services, Director of Loss Prevention and Risk/Finance Manager for organizations in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeastern United States.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst College and Master of Arts in Marketing from Webster University.  In addition, Patrick has earned the following certifications/certificates: Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS), Certified Occupational Safety Manager (COSM), Loss Prevention Certified (LPC), Certificates in Safety Management and Risk Assessment from the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Wicklander & Zulawski Advanced Interview and Interrogation Techniques.
