Speakers:

Jim Elliott is the Regional Office Manager for HRP Associates in Tampa.  Jim is a Certified Hazardous Material Manager and Certified Safety Professional with over 30 years’ experience managing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs.  He specializes in pollution prevention, hazardous materials/hazardous waste management, stormwater compliance, and OSHA compliance.  Jim’s work enables business and industry to identify and mitigate risk and protect public health, safety, and the environment.

Jackie Baxley is a Professional Engineer and HRP’s EHS Technical Practice Leader. With 18 years of experience in environmental engineering and risk management consulting, Jackie specializes in EPA and OSHA compliance matters.  Jackie also offers extensive experience in developing and guiding companies in management systems such as various International Standards Organization (ISO) standards.  Ms. Baxley specializes in multi-media compliance audits, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) development, and compliance training.  She regularly conducts training workshops and creates templates to help facilities develop a robust EMS program built on the principles of Plan-Do-Check-Act.
