SPEAKER: Vilma Petrovsky, Director of Benefits at Oasis Outsourcing

BIO: Vilma Petrovsky was named Director of Benefits at Oasis Outsourcing in September of 2012. She bring more than 20 years of experience to Oasis, most recently serving as Associate Vice President for a national benefits insurance firm where she was a member of the Eastern Region Compliance team. Prior to that, she led successful business development programs for universities. Ms. Petrovsky has implemented departmental programs that positively impacted the client experience and organizational effectiveness. Her responsibilities at Oasis include Healthcare Reform compliance, client service initiatives and operations management. Ms. Petrovsky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Administration Development from Barry University.
