The BAMA 2014 Manufacturing Leadership Workshop is an opportunity to spend a half day growing in an area that is fascinating and will make the difference between average and exceptional results.

There isn’t any part of your organization or life that leadership doesn’t affect. Whether its leadership of self, leadership of others, or leadership of leaders, it applies to everything. If you think about it, strong leadership is at the heart of every human achievement, and it always has been. Everything rises and falls on leadership.

Leadership requires the ability to do more than one thing well, however no one does everything well. Like them or not, the laws of leadership govern your personal and organizational effectiveness. Based on the book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by New York Times best-selling author Dr. John C. Maxwell, this workshop teaches you:

• The laws can be learned
• The laws can stand alone
• The laws carry consequences with them
• These laws are the foundation of leadership
• Everything rises and falls on leadership

This workshop will take place on Saturday, June 7, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Jabil Circuit, in auditorium A, 10560 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Proceeds for the workshop will support the Scholarships and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs supported by BAMA.

Participants will be required to complete assignments from “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” (10th Anniversary Edition) by Dr. John C. Maxwell prior to the workshop.  The book and assignments will be mailed prior to the workshop.



No matter where you are in the leadership process, know this: the greater number of laws you learn, the better leader you will become. Each law is like a tool, ready to be picked up and used to help you achieve your dreams and add value to other people. Pick up even one, and you will become a better leader. Learn them all, and people will gladly follow you.
