    POSITION: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

    LOCATION:  Tampa, FL 

    SALARY:  $15-16/hr.

    Essential functions include picking, packing, and shipping orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials and supplies. Inventorying (cycle counting) stock and performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and measuring in both English and Metric units.

    Candidates must have a High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). The Florida Ready to Work credential is desired and the Global Logistics Associate (GLA) credential is preferred. Completion of OSHA 10 training is a plus.

    Quality Engineer III – Manufacturing

     

    Omnicell is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for Quality Production to be based at our manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, FL.  This role will report to the Director, Production Quality and be responsible for Production Quality activities, and investigating Customer Complaints. Their primary responsibilities will be to prepare and maintain necessary documentation, monitor production quality performance to identify opportunities for improvements, act as a liaison between manufacturing, customer service, and quality inspectors and promote quality awareness.  This role is onsite in St. Petersburg, FL 

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the establishment of quality acceptance criteria and activities including but not limited to incoming, in-process and final inspection
    • Participate as Material Review Board member and assist in disposition of non-conforming materials.
    • Work with manufacturing to document, markup, and communicate changes to parts and assemblies within change control process
    • Collaborate with design quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review manufacturability of design 
    • Participate in change control activities
    • Support Customer Complaint Investigations

    3. Trade Show Orchestration – Responsible for overseeing trade show booth sourcing, content, design, and manufacture. Determination of trade show schedule with assistance from Applications Engineering and other management input.  Responsible for management of trade show sign-up through portals or other means, including contractual obligations.  Responsible for reservation of domestic trade show hotel accommodations for all company exhibitors, unless otherwise notified.  Responsible for trade show badge registration, on-site booth transit, set-up, tear-down, advanced booth selection and coordination.  Ensure trade show supplies and promotional items are fully stocked in advanced of booth shipment and for recruiting and other company events.  Coordinate trade show follow up with administration and engineering.  Attendance at some trade shows may be required.
      1. Community Outreach – Manage all external outreach, including local community connections, charities, and sponsorships. Oversee ticket distribution to events.
      2. Other duties as assigned.
