     Lead new product launch activities from a quality perspective through participation in product design reviews, production readiness reviews, and prototype builds, and through the development of Mfg. Flow Charts, PFMEAs, Process Control Plans, MSA Studies , Gage R & R Studies, Qualification of Special Processes, Vendor selection/approvals, First Article Inspection Reports, and Safe Launch requirements to ensure a new product’s transition to production is accomplished successfully with the most robust manufacturing processes possible.

     May participate in and/or conduct audits (both external and internal), which may include: developing an audit plan, documenting audit results, and development/acceptance/verification of corrective and preventive actions to effectively close audit findings.

     Assist Quality Assurance Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system and other quality functions as needed to ensure compliance to AS9100.

     Develop, update, review and/or maintain company quality and production documentation, such as quality manuals, quality control procedures, manufacturing work instruction, production routers, etc.Maintain a clean and safe work area

    Qualifications:

     Bachelor degree with 10 years’ experience in quality engineering or 20 + years manufacturing experience in a progressive Quality role.

    GENERAL PURPOSE: The forklift Operator is responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage areas. They are responsible for all activities associated with safely operating and caring for the forklift and the proper operation of the forklift at our facility in addition to participating in cross training efforts for specific plant needs and sharing those duties with other drivers. Duties include the completion of all required quality tests and inspections and notifying supervisors of any observed concerns in the production area related to either product handled or the safety of the facility.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Load/Unload trailers in a safe manner

    POSITION: Warehouse Laborers 

    LOCATION: Tampa, FL  

    PAY RATE: $12.50-$13.50 per hour  

    WORK HOURS: 6am-2:30pm or 2:30 PM to 11:00PM 

    JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for Laborers to work at one of our Rebar Manufacturing facilities in Tampa, FL. The ideal Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be a Team Player.   

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Inspect rebar material as it comes out of production 
    • Categorize and Tag rebars as they come out of production 
    • Utilize tools/equipment to prepare rebars for shipping 
    • Maintain work area cleaned and safe 
     Job Requirements
    • Must be at least 18 years old 
    • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.  
    • Availability to work overtime when needed  
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time  
    • Manual dexterity and hand eye coordination-Hearing and Visual ability.  
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  
    • Ability to work in outdoors and in various climatic temperatures.  
    • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner  
    • Ability to accurately gauge lengths of time and distance  
    • Physical and mental ability to perform work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

    LOCATION:  Clearwater, FL

    SHIFT: Vary

    PAY:  $14-17.hr.

     

    Operating various machines for the purpose of producing glass shower doors and mirrors.

    Must have tool experience

    Experience with tape measure measurements a must. 

    Basic math skills.

    Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
