Essential Functions:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on MicroLumen’s ERP system.
• Act as a project resource and serve as an ERP consultant to other departments in support of their projects and initiatives, ensuring proposed solutions align with ERP system capabilities.

• Perform and complete work in accordance with established KPI’s, policies and procedures.
• Assist and provide input in IT compliance audits.
• Assist in QA and User Acceptance Testing of internal systems and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience is required.
• The following certifications are preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory (CPIM) or additional related certifications.

Previous Work Experience:

• Project management experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

SUMMARY

Responsible for assuring products are operating properly when shipped to customers.  Perform the necessary tests and repairs to assure the desired level of performance for Beckwith products which service the electrical industry.  Work fairly independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision.
